Training Sessions 

Training sessions are available FREE OF CHARGE for Peak2Park participants each Monday and Wednesday from mid January commencing at 5:30pm with coaching staff from Willows Health & Lifestyle Centre.  Lace up your running shoes and meet a great group of motivated walkers and runners of all ages and stages of fitness!
